Video Production
“Time Well Spent: Lone Hand Chalet”
This video was my final project for a video production course. While spending a weekend at a vacation home in Breckenridge, Colorado, my classmates and I practiced shooting video footage of the home and town. Individually, we developed our own scripts, edited footage, and incorporated production elements (text effects, sound, etc.) to create a commercial for the vacation home.
How to Be a Chicken Tender
An assignment for the same video production course, this “how-to” video was intended to show the viewer how to do something. We were allowed to select our own topic; I chose something that offered me an opportunity to shoot a lot of footage, use a lavalier microphone, and incorporate dialogue, graphics, and natural sound.
TechHire Nebraska
This video is an example of both project management and video production. In my previous role as a marketing assistant, I managed the video shoot itself and edited the video, incorporating clips, text, logos, and background music.
